Little boy racer

The day here has turned out really dark, wet and windy, where did spring go? This card is for a 3 year old who loves stock car racing! I know I couldn't believe it either lol. I found this colouring page image and though it would fit the bill. I used chequered papers and digi papers. Cut the border using my tonic studio system, punched some black stars and filled in the star space and added his name in white peeloffs. I stamped the happy birthday using stamping all day circle and layered it up in the matching papers. The image is coloured with copics and I added a layer of Glossy accents very roughly to give the bashed look. I am entering this into these challenges;
1. Sketch Saturday - followed the brilliant sketch
2. one Stop Crafts - let it shine (my glossy accents)

Hi Pinky

Same weather here, Spring was obviously yesterday.

Great boy racer card for the three year old, but I think lots of much older boys would equally love it.
