Golden Wedding Anniversary

Oh dear this pic does not really show up my pleated lace so well but believe me it is pleated. The weather is terrible today and have had to take a pic on top of the dogs kennel in the few dry moments there has been. My windowsills are covered in tiny red insects which leave blood red marks on everything that touches them! Anyone know how to get rid of these? Well on to my card.
I used papers from Tinker and Co, the burgundy frame is the front of a aperture card. I stamped Tilda and Edwin, coloured with distress inks and popped in behind the frame. I added my pleated lace which has turned out rather bulky behind that card! Added a pink bow and a bit of faux stitching.
This is for the following challenges
1. Just magnolia - followed their tutorial for pleated lace
2. Crazy 4 Challenges - pleats (mine is pleated lace)

Don't like the sound of those insects....and you'll hate to hear we've been barbequing today....but it looks like rain now.

A gorgeous card. Lovely paper and I love that durgundy card. Those tiny sider things can be a pain but I'm afraid I don't know how to get rid of them. If they're outside you could try just watering them off with a watering can.
