Patchwork Cake

I got this lovely cake image from Meljen's and thought it was a nice change from a bride and groom. The papers are from Nitwits and I made a little collage of flowers and ribbons for the top corner. The weather here today is unbelievable ... rain and high winds yet its not cold. Certainly signs of autumn as the leaves are surrounding my front door!
Image - meljens
Papers - Nitwits
Embellishments - flowers, pearls, ribbons
Medium - pencils
I am entering this into these challenges:
1. A Pocket full of Posies - floral fantasy
2. Paperplay - in stitches (mine are faux)
3. Moving Along with the Times - In stitches (faux)
4. Stamp with Fun - wedding
5. Kaboodle Doodle - photo inspiration (used the patchwork and some colours)
6. Meljens Designs - stripes (not a lot but there is some there)

Want to say a big hello to my newest follower GER, and from Ireland too!!

Lovely Pinky!! I love these colours, you're on a roll with wedding cards aren't you!
I love the little ensemble of flowers and ribbon and the stamp is very nice indeed! :)
I checked out the weather forecast late last night for Simon (being a farmer he always wants to know!) and we couldn't believe the amount of rain forecast for some areas in Ireland. I hope you're not too badly affected.
