Crafts4Eternity-embellishment recipe

I know I know, I can hear you groaning ...not another Teddy Bo image. But in my defense I did buy them specifically for my Father's days cards this year:)
Our challenge this week at Crafts4Eternity is an embellishment challenge!
Use only embellishments beginning with the letter R!
The prize this week is coming from our lovely sponsor CRAFTY SENTIMENTS DESIGNS!
For my card this week I choose
RIC RAC in RED, RUNNING STITCH, and RUB ONS!
So get your thinking caps on and have a go at our challenge:)
Image - Teddy Bo footballer
Papers - from my stash box
Embellishments - stitching, ric rac, rub ons, embossing folder
Medium - coloured with promarkers and pencils for shading
Sentiment - Stamping All Day
I would like to enter this into
Sketch Saturday - followed their sketch (turned it)
Saturday Challenge - a male card
Crazy 4 Challenges - masculine card
Meljens Design Team challenge - red, white and blue
Top Tip Tuesday - open challenge
My Top Tip is for rub ons. I have had some of these for years and they do not want to rub off or on!! My tip (having tried the usual, popping in fridge, heating etc etc) is to use a quickie glue pen and follow the design on the sticky side, allow to set for a few minutes and then proceed as usual. It works with a little bit of patience and teasing the backing off very gently. If need be release the beginning of the design with a pokey tool.
Not an easy task!

Before I go, the lovely Michele from Crafts4Eternity has a gorgeous SPECIAL DAD circle sentiment which you can get free by popping over to the C4E CAFE! You will find lots of lovely tutorials and other great info over there too so why not become a follower:)
I didn't get it in time for this card but I have two more Father's day cards to make so it will certainly come in handy:)

I've got CANDY, please feel free to enter:) HERE

ha ha ha, silly me. At first glance I thought your R word was Rugby because of the little bears hat.

Adorable image and I love the colours you chose, big fan of red.
