Day 5 - Ladybug Crafts Ink

Ladybug Crafts Ink is the brainchild of me, Kerry, wife of one and mother of 3. I started making cards in December 2000 and never in a million years did I think I would have my own online store let along my own line of cling stamps. But here I am almost 10 years later having both!
I was a bit disillusioned with the stamps on the market .... same old same old and anything 'new' was just a variation on the 'old'. Last year I decided it was time to shake things up a bit, found myself an illustrator, Allan McConnachie, to get my ideas on paper and Nikki was born. I also found myself another illustrator, Moira Munro, when I wanted another charachter and Ruby Fairies entered the stamping world.

PRIZE - £10 Voucher for Ladybug Crafts Ink

Today we are challenged to do some paper piecing!

My card today is using the lovely Nikki stamp from Ladybug Crafts Ink. I paper pieced her shopping bags. The flowers are made using the gorgeous Juicy Fruit ribbons. Papers from my stash. She is coloured using promarkers.

I would like to enter this into
Ladybug Crafts Ink - summer fun (shopping)
Hooked on Craft - let's celebrate
Paper pretties - two or more designer papers
Kaboodle Doodles - birthday or any special day
Top Tip Tuesday - focus on the ribbon
Divas by Design - flowers

Well I am happy to say I am up and running again with my lovely new computer. Got all my images back on, my programmes reloaded and raring to go. My computer was delivered in less than 24 hours from England, how mad is that!! So I will be popping by to catch up with you all later today.

Now be sure and pop by The Inspiration Blog and put your name in Mr Linky. You could be the lucky winner of today's prize!!

Welcome to my two new followers Crafty Loops and WendyW
