Our first challenge of 2017 over at STAMPING SENSATIONS is

I got a lovely box of Spectrum Noir Colourblend pencils (essentials set) from my Son Deaglan for Christmas which I used to colour this lovely little stamp, which I treated myself too over Christmas.
It was a real challenge this time. 1. using similar tone pencils 2. a CAS design into the bargain lol. But this is my finished card and I am happy enough for a first attempt with the pencils.

Well how did you put in your New Year's Eve. Ours was pretty quiet besides the constant ping from phones lol. We got some snacks out, watched a film and tried our very best to see in the new year but failed at 11:30! But by the time we got into bed, the fireworks were blasting away outside so we did actually see it in lol. Lets hope its a healthy and happy new year for us all.

Our new years eve was much the same Pinky, but the only fireworks we heard were much earlier - there again we do live in the middle of nowhere !

ReplyDeleteSame here for our New Year - a day which is tinged with a little sadness as it was Mum's birthday so we now don't do much - just remember silly times with one sparkler on a birthday cake! Usual slob about on the sofa watching TV but we did manage to stay awake for the fireworks display which we can see in the valley below, raised a glass of G and T and then to bed! Happy New Year to you and yours.x

Love your card Pinky and a fabulous job colouring with your pencils..I only made it to 11.30pm too and woke up to the fireworks and straight back to sleep..getting too long in the tooth to stay awake..lol..Happy New Year for 2017 hope it is the best one ever.
