Long weekend!!

I have had such a rough weekend but thankfully the outcome was good. A week or so ago I mentioned I had to go for a routine mammogram and they told me I should have the results within 3 weeks. Well I got a letter on Saturday morning asking me to return to hospital for more tests. No mention of why etc just an appointment for today at 5 to 9am. So you can image the weekend I have had, think I will definitely be the biggest loser with the Ladybug girls this week:)
So to cut a long story short, went today, had 4 more tests done over 2 hours and the outcome was a cyst! Its is totally benign which I am so relieved to hear and they are leaving well alone so no surgery either. Phew!

Onto my card. I had a set of 5 christening cards order to make and this is one of them.
Image - Digi Doodles
Papers - embossed card and mirri board
Medium - coloured with promarkers
Embellishments - made the flower, added ribbon and stars, clouds using Bev's template and chalks
I would like to enter this into
Top Tip Tuesday - followed the sketch by Robyn's fetish
Digi Doodle Shops Best - make your own embellishments (made the flower and embossed the card)
Crafty Ann's challenge - embossing
Allsorts Challenge - free and easy
Kaboodle Doodle - embossing
HLSC Challenge - make your own embellies (made the flower)
I am hoping to catch up on my commenting this evening now that I am more settled:)

Blinkin' Nora! What an awful time you must have had Pinky, I can understand it must have been one of the longest weekends for you ever.

But, lets just be grateful that the outcome was as straight forward as it has been. That is just the best news possible and I am so very pleased for you and your family :)

Oh by the way, your christening card is very adorable, that little dumpling looks just perfect sound asleep in his tummy!

Phew, what a huge relief - your result!
