The challenge over at Crazy4Challenges wants you to incorporate acetate into your project. I made a little acetate window in the door of this new home card. The pic inside is a hallway from google and I added a Digi Boutique image. Made the door using GG embossing board.

Playing Catchup!

As my internet and phones where down all weekend I got lots of cards made and luckily they fit into a lot of challenges lol. This card is for 6 challenges, bad or what!!!

1. The Fresh Batch - followed their sketch.

2. Saturday Challenge - Easel card

3. Crazy 4 challenges - Easel card.

4. Sassy studios Designs - paper piecing and easel card

5. Funky Fairies - autumn colours or theme (theme is the autumn veggies, carrots and parsnips)

6. Quixotic Challenges - Birthday

Papers are from Funky Fairies, really love them, from the Cherish set.

Image is from Sassy Design Studios, isn't it a brilliant one, and perfect for my sister-in-law who is a real diva in the kitchen lol.

Coloured her with copics and paper pieced with more Funky Fairies papers.

The little cupcake is also from Sassy design Studios which I printed twice and decoupaged, added some 3d paint.

Added a charm, coloured with markers and a bow, pink ribbon and peeloffs.

C4E Recipe #4 and lots of challenges!

Another scary Sunday over at C4E this week and another set of digis up for grabs. You can see all the digi stamps available here. In order to be in for a chance of winning the Ghostie Mike and Lit' Witch Lexi you must complete the recipe which is

1. follow the sketch

2. use the colours orange and black

3. use a Halloween image

For my card I used Michele's Haunted House digi and one of her pumpkin digis which I increased in size to fit the sketch. Card is black gloss, I stamped scary words on the orange card and coloured the house with promarkers. The pumpkin was printed directly onto orange card and then again onto green card for the leaves.

crafts4eternity recipe #2 and Crazy4Challenges

Morning everyone, still struggling with computer so this is just a quick post from hubby's computer. Over at C4E this week we have another recipe for you.

1 Use the sketch

2. Use embossing

3. Use the colours purple and black.

For my card I used papers from HOTP, my cuttle bug embossing folder, image is from Annie Stamp set from Charmed Cards, coloured with copics and promarkers. Everything else from my stash. Michele will be back later this afternoon to announce the winner of last weeks goodie bag and we have another one up for grabs this week. So be sure to stop by and see the lovely inspiration from the other DT members and Michele and have a go yourself.

Over at the C4E website Michele has just released the October Kit, it is such excellent value and so much in there, gorgeous papers, chipboard album, lace and so much more. Might be doing a bit of shopping there myself lol.

Bit of a story book card!

I get a commission from this girl a few times a year and each time she asks for an enormous amount of information to be put on the card! Can be quite daunting but at least it allowed me to involve a lot of challenges lol. This is for her sister who is going to be 50, she wanted her birth details, including the names of doc and nurse! she wanted to mention Mario Lanza who died the day she was born, she wanted something about Simon Cowell and Gone with the wind! A tall order or what. I forgot to photo the last page which showed a pic of the house at Tara from gone with the wind and a big party sign on it.

Papers are Brenda Pinnick, flowers where cut on my cricut and coloured with promarkers and copics. The challenges covered are;

Sporty Bethany!

Used this lovely image from Mo called Bethany. It was just perfect for my card as the little girl loves to play football! I followed the lovely sketch over at Crazy 4 Challenges. The papers are from My Craft Studio, and black magic Coredinations put through my dotty folder. Ribbon from my stash and used offcuts to make the little flower. Bethany is coloured with promarkers and copics. Name is stamped using my SeeD's Plain Jane alphabet. Over at Paperplay Challenges they want to see Spots, so between the football and the spotty folder I think its well covered.
