We went to Ikea today for a wee roam about, came home empty handed (for a change lol) but had a lovely day out. The sun was shining and it was dry, excellent weather for January!

Have a busy week ahead, minding Grandkids on Wednesday, driving my Mother in law about on Thursday and lots of crafting inbetween. 

I finally finished my Niece's wedding invitations but can't share with you just yet. Very pleased with them and thankfully she was too!

Well the evenings are drawing in, making me sad. We never really got a good run at summer over here so I'm feeling cheated. The kids are all back to school tomorrow so the estate will be peacefully quiet again, between 9 and 3 at least lol.  My Grandkids are away on holidays this week too, so no baby minding. Tomorrow is our 37th Wedding Anniversary and I will be spending the evening alone lol. Hubby out, daughter away for evening, son working and no grandkids. Wonder what I will get up too!!

Bit late this morning. Had a wee lie in after the wedding yesterday. We had a great day. Bride was 30 minutes late though but the weather held out for her entrance and for the photos. We had an hours drive to the hotel for the reception and the meal was the best ever! Just a lovely day all round.

I am back from my holidays in Austria and had a lovely time. Lots of walking so only put 3lb on in total which is good for me when food is provided by hotel. It was amazing food, cake for breakfast lol!!

I have my grandson coming to stay for a few hours today so that should be fun!! I am hoping the sun shines so I can get him out in the pram for a wee walk.

We are tortured with wasps here at the minute, they are even coming down the flue into the wood burner!! I am keeping the vents shut at the minute and hoping they clear off very soon. I am a right pansy when it comes to wasps!! Hope you all stay sting free.

Sadly this is my last post for Passion For Promarkers and indeed for all my design teams.

I want to thank Denise, Brenda, Mandy, Ali, Nikky and Faye for having me on their teams. I have really enjoyed my time with you and my teamies.

I am taking a break from blogging for a while to concentrate on other things. It was not an easy decision to make but one that I had to make. I won't be blogging a lot either but hopefully every now and then until I get the balance back in my life.

I went to the cinema yesterday with my daughter to watch Brave. It was a brilliant wee movie. We had our tea out together too which was really nice:) Its not long till she has to return to Uni in Cheltenham so I am trying to squeeze in a few nice outings for us.
