Masking

This is my final week as Guest Designer with The Corrosive Blog and I have totally enjoyed it! My card this week looks a little out of place with the change in weather but I did make it about 3 weeks ago to keep for this challenge! This week Janet wants to see some MASKING techniques. I just love using the little Amy Stamps from Crafty Sentiments, she is so perfect for this technique. I masked her onto a little pier stamp from Patchwork Pals stamps. She is coloured with pencils. The papers are also from one of the Crafty Sentiments digi packs available here.
I embossed a panel in green, added some eyelets to hold my flowers in place. Simple as that. Hope you get time to join the challenge this week, couldn't believe the amount of entries last week!!
I am entering this into these challenges:
1. A Crafty Little Place - brown, green and orange
2. Creative Inspirations - 2 or more stamped images (Amy and pier)
3. Allsorts - plain and simple
4. Sketchy colours - photo inspiration (yellow, green and brown)

Clean up the dust!

This week over at the Corrosive Blog its all about cleaning up the dust on some of that unused craft stuff we all have! So its time to stop hoarding and use up that so needed and wanted craft stuff. For my card as Guest Designer I have used a lovely image from Mo's digital pencil, coloured with copics. I used a die cut I have had for quite a while from Susie at Die Cut Dreams. The backing paper is one I bought a long time ago from Daisy Company and the peel off corners are ancient (I really did have to dust them off lol). I added some sentiments, a ribbon and some dots. Don't forget to enter the challenge over at the Corrosive Challenge!!
I am entering this into these challenges:
1. Saturday Challenge - anything goes
2. Music cottage - think these sisters are really rocking!!
3. Copic Creations - shading on and around images
4. Keep it CAS - bling it up (bling is in the corners and cross)

Corrosive Challenge blog, spoonful of sugar and Our creative corner

Made this card following the sketch over at The Corrosive Challenge blog. It also fits in with the challenge at Spoonful of Sugar which is FALL and Our creative Corner which is also FALL. I used papers from Paper Pizazz Masculine scrapapers. Image is from PaperNation, or Jolly Nation as its now known. The background is one I have had for ages, not sure where I got it. I added some punched leaves, and cut the corner leaves from the same papers.

Crafts4Eternity #39 The Corrosive Challenge

This week C4E are releasing a new set of Digital stamps. The stamps are available individually from today. The 4 stamps will be given away to one randomly selected person this week, so get over and enter the challenge!
For this card I used digi papers from Daisy company and Crafters Kitchen. The embellishments are also from Daisy Company summer kit. The lovely image is from the new releases over at Michele's C4E Website which I coloured with promarkers and copics. Isn't it just the cutest little boat!
The challenge over at CorrosiveChallenge is SUMMER. So I felt this card was ideal for that theme.
Thanks for looking.

The Corrosive Challenge blog

Over on The Corrosive Challenge the theme is YOUR COUNTRY ROCKS! Well I just happened to have a commission for an Irish themed card for a girl who is turning 18 and is home to Ireland for the first time with her Dad. This is what I came up with. Where would be be without charmed cards digi downloads! Coloured her with copics and pms added shamrocks, flags and some little shrink plastic charms which look black but believe me they are green! Hope she likes it.
