Another Daisy May!

Wanted to make something a wee bit different so made this little handbag for a friends daughter who is going to be 8.Just used a basic a5 card, cut slanted sides and creased a few folds at the bottom so it will stand up. Christmas Pocket

The challenge over at ABC is H for HIDDEN. My little tag is hidden in the pocket I created behind the main picture. This card is for a man whose birthday falls on Christmas day so the card had to cover both occasions. The challenge at Crafty Creations is SNOW, so this snowy scene suits that perfectly. Over at Roses on Paper their challenge is Christmas. And over at Charisma Cardz they want Merry and Bright, and GLITTER ME SILLY is the challenge at Cute Card Thurday.

C4E Recipe #4 and lots of challenges!

Another scary Sunday over at C4E this week and another set of digis up for grabs. You can see all the digi stamps available here. In order to be in for a chance of winning the Ghostie Mike and Lit' Witch Lexi you must complete the recipe which is
1. follow the sketch
2. use the colours orange and black
3. use a Halloween image
For my card I used Michele's Haunted House digi and one of her pumpkin digis which I increased in size to fit the sketch. Card is black gloss, I stamped scary words on the orange card and coloured the house with promarkers. The pumpkin was printed directly onto orange card and then again onto green card for the leaves.
Hope you get a chance to join in this week. Pop over and check out the other dt members cards.
I am also entering this into Crafty Creations where the challenge is called All Hallows Eve and in Tuesday Taggers things that go bump in the night, Crazy 4 Challenges - at least three geometrical shapes (circle, square and rectangle), Our Creative Corner - Scary Movie theme (The Shining) and Saturday Challenge orange + one other colour.

Fairy-Nuff Daisy May!!!

I got a lovely email from Linnie last week offering me a DT spot on her lovely Daisy May challenge blog. The only thing stopping me from accepting was my darn computer lol. So here I am with my first card and what a lovely challenge to join them with FAIRIES. I couldn't resist this little cutie. I hadn't been over to Cute Daisy May Images for a few weeks but boy was I in for a surprise...The amount of new images she has added is unbelievable! You have got to get other there. The value for money is excellent and with digis (I am such a big fan of digis) you can have it any size you want! Hope you all get time to enter the challenge this week, I would love to see what you all come up with.
For my card I used;

Everything else from stash.
Over at Crafty Creations they have a challenge for ALL SHADES OF PALE, which I think, suits this card perfectly.

Priscillastyles,Crafty Creations and ABC challenge

I am really loving the sketches over at Midnight Madness. They are always that little bit different and encourage you to try something different. I used this one to make a Christmas card. The image is called Angel of the Shepherds and I got it from Scottish borders Stamping company. I have had it for ages but this is the first time using it. I coloured it with copics, cut it out and matted onto embossed mirri board. I cut stars on my circut schoolbook cart and added peeloff lines. The paper came from my Artylicious Cd. The HOPE is a rub on from DCWV.
I am entering this into
Crafty Creations as well which asks for EMBOSSING and
ABC Challenge which ask for DIECUTS.

3 in 1 card

As I am sitting typing this post a layer of cement is slowly descending on top of everything in my craft room even though the door is tightly shut! The builders are in today to cut two windows into my living room and you would not believe the amount of dust, I am practically eating the stuff. But anyway as i could get up to very little else only tea making and crafting i have got a few challenges covered today. This card fits with Passion For Promarkers where I followed the sketch and coloured image with lots of yellows, greens and pinks. The three flower buttons cover the challenge at Crafty Creations where the theme is BUTTONS, and the challenge at ABC is Z for ZERO EMBELLISHMENTS. The papers are from daisy and dandelion pad, I glittered the balloons and layered everything on yellow card.

Crafty Creations #20

Another Father's Day card for a keen gardener which suited the challenge perfectly over at Crafty Creations where the theme is HOW DOES YOUR GARDEN GROW. I used a background scene from Daisy Company, a JN image of gardener and a few embellishments from my stash. I added some colour to the background using copics.
