I had a card request from my lovely daughter-in-law Trish for a new baby girl and this is what I came up with.

How's everyone doing?

I have had a busy week crafting and then had a lovely day out to Blackrock. A lovely seaside town about an hours drive from home. The weather was kind to us and it was a very enjoyable day.

We are trying to get away at least one day a week. I have been saving rocks from the beach from each place we visit and the jar is filling up nicely.

Let's hope this mild weather continues for another while!

We went shopping yesterday to get ourselves sorted for the weddings which are getting very close!

We had just arrived when we heard a weird clunk and rattle from the car and low and behold part of one of the coil springs had broken off! Great! Thankfully we were able to drive it home safely but now have to have it fixed hopefully Monday!

If we hadn't bad luck we'd have no luck at all! So many things going wrong in our family at the minute, the stress is beginning to tell!

Please can I remind you we are a stamping challenge so must see a stamped image, sentiment or quote as the focal element of your artwork

For my card I used two stamps from Heartfelt Creations. The main stamp is the ark and the second stamp made the lovely precious little one ribbon.

I coloured it with promarkers and added some ribbon and that icy stuff at the back, can't remember what you call it for the life of me lol. All stamped using Memento Ink in black. Circle is cut from Tattered Lace circle set. Paper from my stash.

Finished my antibiotics now and feeling much better! Grandkids are all better now too and tonight we are heading out to watch the fireworks for Halloween down at our local lakes.

I can't believe July has arrived! I completely missed the last week of June as I was laid up with a bad flu, still trying to get back on my feet as it is.

But of course July brings our new challenge over at STAMPING SENSATIONS and its all about

We have a lovely sponsor for you this month, none other than CRAFTY RIBBONS and look at the prize, me wants!!

For my card I made a little book card. I used book dies from Tattered Lace. Gingham vellum from my stash and gingham ribbon from Crafty Ribbons. I used a dotty embossing folder and a flower embossing folder for the white card.

I used a Lili of the Valley Stamp for the baby and a bunny image from the Bo Bunni cd.

He has been coloured with promarkers and sparkled with some glitter.

I made a box for the finished card too.
