A spoonful of Sugar and Pink Gem

Made this easel card following the sketch over at a Spoonful of Sugar. I love making these cards and find its so easy if you use a three fold card, no cutting and measuring. The papers are from Patchwork Pals pad, image is a Pink Gem stamp which I am entering into Janet's challenge which ends 1st November. All other embellishments are from my stash.

Corrosive Challenge blog, spoonful of sugar and Our creative corner

Made this card following the sketch over at The Corrosive Challenge blog. It also fits in with the challenge at Spoonful of Sugar which is FALL and Our creative Corner which is also FALL. I used papers from Paper Pizazz Masculine scrapapers. Image is from PaperNation, or Jolly Nation as its now known. The background is one I have had for ages, not sure where I got it. I added some punched leaves, and cut the corner leaves from the same papers.

Inspirational Card Sketches and A Spoonful of Sugar

This card is for a 90year old's birthday, she loves to bake. I followed the lovely sketch over at Inspirational Card Sketches, uses a lovely image from Mo called Mummu's Nissu! It is just beautiful to colour and I used my pms to do so. The papers are from K&Co along with large letters, ribbons from stash which I stapled on. This picture opens up to reveal over things about the recipient. I used my MS border punch to give a nice edge. I used colour box petal ink to distress the edges which covers the challenge over at A Spoonful of Sugar.

Three Clovers Designs & a Spoonful of Sugar

Came across this challenge blog today and thought I'd give it a go. The challenge at Three Clovers Designs asks for PLANES, TRAINS AND AUTOMOBILES or any kind of transport, so hope this counts. And over at A Spoonful of Sugar, the challenge is travel. This card is for a neighbours son who will be 16 soon and just loves jet skis. The papers are from My Craft Studio, jet ski paper I got from google, the image, which is excellent I have to credit the University of Wisconsin and its available in colour or black and white. I matted it onto glitter card, added brads, circles and text. Hope he likes it.

A Spoon Full of Sugar

Followed the sketch over at Aspoonfulsugar for this baby card. Used papers from Daisy company along with one of their images. Used the dotty cuttlebug folder for the sidebar, added some ribbon and stamped the words using Clear Choice Baby arrival stamps.

The Pink Elephant Challenge & A spoonful of sugar

This card is for two challenges, over at A Spoonful of Sugar they want to see swirls, lots of swirls on my paper and my tree. And over at the pink elephant the theme is animals. I used a coloured image of PB in love pig, from my friend in America, Thanks Lizzie. I stamped the tree from Patchwork Pals stamps, coloured with pms, background paper is from D & D pad, letters and ribbon from stash.

A Spoon Full of Sugar & C.R.A.F.T challenge

Over at ASpoonfulofsugar the theme is HEARTS and at CRAFTChallenge the want to see special NUMBERS, either age or anniversary. This card is for a 30th from a girl to her boyfriend. I used backing card from C & C kit, pink card from stash, the stamp is Popcorn Birthday Bear, coloured with promarkers and some highlights with Glitter Gems pens. The heart is from Dulcie Jackson stamps. I punched hearts from black paper and made borders out of them, and added some fibres. Sun is finally trying to come out this evening but it has been so much cooler I needed to put a sweatshirt on!!!
