Midnight Madness

Bit of an unusual colourway! I followed the sketch over at Midnight Madness for this card. It is for an American girl and an Irish boy who are getting married in America. They wanted me to incorporate the flags in some way so this sketch was just perfect for me. I stitched the flags in place onto digi paper with my little machine, first time using it and it is pretty wobbly lol. The image is whiff of joy coloured with pms and copics. Added a ribbon flower incorporating the colours of both flags. Did some faux stitching round the outside in silver. Was a bit heavy handed with the tan ink trying to add a bit of shading, anyone any suggestions as to how to undo this I will more than welcome.

Such a clever way to get the flags in. Lovely card and I think the shading on the ground is fine.
