Mother's Day!

Had a card to make for a fella to give to his mum for Mother's Day and I just thought this lovely Edwin that my friend Jane stamped for me fitted the bill perfectly. He is a real sweetie. (So are you Jane lol)
I got my new retro flower punch from SirStampalot this morning, I only ordered it yesterday! Can't believe the service from that place, highly recommend it. It is one large punch and I have been punch happy ever since. I ran these through an embossing folder for some texture, and pin pricked the centres and glittered. The image is coloured with copics. Papers are from DCWV. I am entering it into these challenges:
1. Magnolia-licious Highlites - followed their lovely sketch (though did turn it to suit)
2. crafty Calender Challenge - flower power
3. Sketchy Colours - red, pink and turquoise
Had the biggest slice of Lemon Meringue Pie when I was out shopping today, yummy! Had dieted all week and in one sitting had piled the calories back on lol but it was worth it and I did refuse the cream!

Don't know which to comment on first, the card or the lemon meringue, i'll do both together, they are both utterly gorgeous.

Hi Pinky

What Mum would not love this one and from a fella absolutely perfect.

Yep, they really do excell themselves with delivery don't they. It's pretty rare and I think they realise when you but new stash you 'need' it now.

Very restrained on the cream, but lemon meringue is so packed with flavour why spil it.
