Boy can he HURL!

This card is for a grandmother to give to her GS who is a keen hurler. I hunted for a digi image of a hurler and eventually found a little colouring in page that suited.
Image - colouring page
Papers - Nitwits collection
Medium - copics
Embellishments - faux stitching, cd sliotar (ball)
Sentiment - computer generated
I would like to enter this card into these challenges
Midnight Madness - followed the sketch
Digital Tuesday - sew special
Oh LaLa Challenge blog - nothing floral
Mad for Markers - colour a digi with copics

Am I showing my ignorance is I ask what hurling is ? If it's not a Olympic sport,or covered by SHY sports then it's probably alien to me.

It's a great card anyhow.
