I have spent most of the day on my feet as its seems to give my back some ease. I lay for about half an hour with a heat pad on. It has helped a bit:) While on my feet I did bake some bread, cranberry buns and semolina biscuits and then a nice stir fry for the tea. I am completely wrecked now though!
It seems to get earlier every year (like Christmas lol) but its time for First Holy Communions and confirmations! I enjoy making these cards especially the Holy Communion ones as I get to use my Whiff of Joy stamps. Isn't he just adorable?

I'm so sorry to hear your suffering with a bad back,I can really sympathise with you,please don't over do things take time to rest I know that's hard as sometimes with a bad back as I know, it doesn't matter what you do rest,stand,sit lay it is still painful..Beautiful card as always...Take care and I hope the pain eases for you real soon...
