I wasn't sure what way to go with this but got there eventually. And can I say how hard it is to get a picture of a feather!!

Embellishments, doily, charm, feather, glitter, ribbon
I put the feather up either side of the image, added a little cross charm to the ribbon and cut my doily up to use as corners.
