For my card I went with paperclips in the image, a home made index card and staples in the ribbon.

Embellishments - spellbinders corner and border die, ribbons, faux stitching, staples, ticket sentiments

A paperclip heart!!! That's adorable. I love how you've layered your project and well, that image is just wonderful. The little teeth sticking out of the smiling mouse is soooo cute!
