Can't believe the weekend is upon us again! We had a lovely few days of sunshine and I took some time to sit out in the garden and enjoy it. Unfortunately the cold is supposed to be heading our way again tomorrow. The local kids are making their first holy communion tomorrow so I hope they at least get some sunshine for that. We have the wedding to attend next Saturday so here's hoping its not too cold for that!
I have a question for you ladies around my age or older (56). What foundation do you recommend for our age group? I want to invest in a new one but not sure what to go for.

Have a great weekend.

I have been missing from blogland all week as my nose has been stuck at my craft desk working on wedding invitations for my niece. I am nearly finished now. Waiting on some kraft card to arrive to finish the outer shell of the evening invitations. Its exhausting work, especially as my order book is filling up behind my back lol. But there is light at the end of the tunnel and I will get round and check you all out soon. Have a great week.

Sending a special welcome to my latest follower, the lovely LAU. She is one super talented lady so please do check her blog out!! Thanks for following me Lau.

Well I have moved into my new craft room but the whole house is a mess. I am completely congested with all the dust and its a long slog to get the house back in order. We changed our old kitchen into two rooms, a craft room and a snug. My old craft room is becoming my eldest son's bedroom, his bedroom is becoming my middle son's bedroom and his bedroom is now my utility room! Can you keep up. So as you can imagine the whole house is in chaos. Luckily the dump was open yesterday and we got rid of a lot of stuff. I have filled two large bags with craft stuff for my friend who runs a baby minding agency and my hubby has taken a lot for his class in school. But I still have tons and still complain about lack of storage yet I have wall to wall cube storage! I will take a photo soon, when I get it looking a bit tidier lol. We lost our internet as we had to move the computers to the new room and get it all rewired etc. So thankfully I got back on in time to do this post!
Thanks for dropping by and I hope you all had a lovely Easter break.

PS. forgot to mention there is a sale on, read below for info:)

Floral Delights!

Hello everyone - well it's a big day today  at the Ladybug Crafts Ink Challenge blog! Kerry has a new release of Digi Images and we are having a Blog Hop to celebrate!!
There are lots of chances to win a prize!!
Firstly the Hop.. All the DT have not only had to use the challenge theme, but they have also each used one of the new images. There are 9 in total. (None of us have seen each others cards either so I can't wait to hop either!)

Here are the rules of the Hop
a) Visit each of the DT members in order and leave a comment on each of their blog hop posts.
b) There will be a LETTER on the challenge blog and on each of the DT's blogs -  At the end of the hop the letters you have collected will spell a word. Email  lcichallengeblog@aol.com with the word you have spelt .
c) Display the blog hop banner on your blog, either in a post or on your side bar.

So if you have arrived her from the lovely  Pam then you are on the right track. If not go back to the Challenge blog. The letter you need to collect from me ...if you haven't already guessed...is  S
So I had better let you see my card after suffering through all that lol
I was really happy when I got my image, this is just gorgeous and so lovely to colour. I teamed it up with some papers from a Nitwit's collection and used some paper flowers, silver card candi, a watering can and machine stitching. The sentiment is computer generated. I coloured it all with promarkers and chalks. I am dying to know what you think of my card so please leave a comment:)

Now its time to hop on and your next stop is the lovely  Laurie
Happy hopping and good luck.

Teed off!

Was going to say good morning and noticed its after 12 already. Have been to the doctor's this morning as I took a pretty bad asthma attack last night and feel a lot off colour today. He has put me on an antibiotic as the infection I had from Christmas hadn't fully cleared up, so hopefully I will recover soon. My chest is so sore after the episode last night though:(

I have a card to show today that I made for my son's birthday yesterday. He is golf mad as some of you know so I got this cute little digi image from Kerry at Ladybug Crafts Ink (thanks Kerry) and he had a good laugh at it.
