I had a card request for a teenager

So far so good here, even the car passed its MOT today, not cheap but can't do without the car!!

Have a busy month ahead of me but I am enjoying it. Working on wedding invitations, first communion invitations and loads of different types of card so busy busy!

The weather over here is just rotten. Its so warm but wet and not an air. I just feel tired all the time!

Hubby goes back to work on Thursday after a long wet summer and for the first year ever I don't want him to go lol. I am sure I will settle into my routine again but have a longing for some nice sunshine before autumn arrives!

I was up early this morning and made a stab at catching up on my Christmas cards so thankfully I got them done and POSTED! How good am I. So those of you who had sent me a card will be getting one hopefully tomorrow in the post!! Very pleased with myself lol. I also made some little half bauble decorations for my Grandsons which I will post tomorrow hopefully.

Are you all busy too? Hope you are enjoying it though. I am off to get my hair cut tomorrow, a few more orders to complete then its cleaning the house for SANTA coming!! He's bound to leave with some glitter on him though no matter how much I clean lol.

The house is very quiet at the minute as my daughter is away to London for a few days break, hubby is at work, so just me and the dog. We have sliding wardrobes arriving on Monday so that knocks our bank holiday escape on the head but we have been waiting for 8 weeks on these things arriving so just glad to get the room finally finished. Hope you have something nicer planned for the weekend and hopefully the weather will cheer up!

We were babysitting my grandson last night. Went down to sleep perfectly but make an appearance at 12:15 and decided the best place to sleep was in my arms lol. Not that I'm complaining, getting cuddles of that nature at any time of the day is great, not sure if  his parents agreed though lol. But it was a lovely evening spent with him.

I have a dental appointment on Tuesday to get a crown. Not looking forward to it so keep your fingers crossed for me lol. Did I tell you I was a pussy when it comes to dentists!!

I have made a tall card for today. This was for my niece's birthday. I used a Kenny K image but took away the suitcases that came with her. The papers are all scraps from my stash. I added some machine stitching and cut out some flowers and card candi. She is coloured with promarkers. I finished the card with a big bow made using gorgeous satin ribbon in purple which you can buy HERE.
