I always send my two brothers and sister a card
for St. Patrick's Day as
they all live outside Ireland now.
This is the one I made for my two brothers.

I have used papers from Nitwits.

It has been pretty warm here this week, well between 8 and 10 degrees which is great for here lol. We went to Omeath today and walked along the beach. Bit overcast but very warm. Great to get a bit of quality time away from our daily worries.
Hope you are all having a nice weekend too.

Thank you Keryn!

Look what I received in the post this morning! One gorgeous St. Patrick's day card from my lovely friend Keryn. It was completely unexpected and it just makes it all the more special. Unfortunately the pic does not do it justice as I had to scan it as the weather here is pretty rotten, too wet to dare take a photo outside. The background is actually a lovely golden colour and the blue is actually green. If the weather picks up I will swap the photo. But just want to let Keryn know how chuffed I was to received it.

Forty shades of green!

and I think I have used a right few shades of green in this one lol. I got this lovely digi from Michelle Perkett, such a lovely little colleen and the beautiful border, too hard to resist. I coloured her using copics, added some stitching to the background papers and finished with a big green bow. I am entering this into these challenges:
1. Tuesday Taggers - St. Patrick's Day
2. Wednesdays Challenge - St. Patrick's day
3. Copic Creations - a wee bit of green
Should have been entering it into Michelle's challenge but forgot to put my flowers on and the card has gone to the customer!

A little big green round the edges...

I don't normally send St. Patrick's day cards but thought I would send one to my brother this year, he'll be wondering what I after lol. I made this one using a stamp I have had for years. It came in a set with a lovely Celtic cross. Think its called Irish Blessing and its from Inkadinkado (love that name lol). The backing paper is from one of my treasured moments cds. The little box is from Daisy Company, I filled it with tissue paper and added some punched shamrocks. I might fill it with chocolates for St. Paddy's day. I am entering this into the following challenges
1. paperplay - just because
2. Cute Card Thursday - lucky green
3. Crafty Catz - shades of green
4. Stamping for the weekend - monocromatic
5. Stamping Sisters in Christ - joy
These are from my DT stuff for By The Cute and Girly which have a challenge theme of SPRING so make sure you get time to enter, as always the prizes are very good.
